  • What are your payment methods?

  • Will I pay the price I see?

    Yes. You will pay the price you see on the payment screen.

  • Can I take more than one tour?

    Yes. To purchase more than one tour, you can make a reservation by adding the tour you want to your cart.

  • What payments do you accept?

    In addition to payment methods such as debit card, credit card and money order, you can pay at the start of the tour.

  • Is there installment for credit card?

    Depending on your bank, installments are available with many banks. Please check beforehand.

  • Can I pay later?

    After your reservation is made, you can pay at the start of the tour.

  • Can I Cancel a Tour?

    Yes. You can cancel your tour whenever you want.

  • Can I get a refund in case of tour cancellation?

    Yes, you can get your payment back without interruption in case of tour cancellation.24 hours befores, and depend on your tour reservation.

  • Do tour prices include entrance tickets?

    We offer packages for many tours including tickets and transfers. But we still have some alternative tours. Please check the tour programs for this.

  • Are you billing?

    Yes, we are official agents and we issue invoices.
