On the one hand, Gezenthi Travel Agency | Uysel Tourism Construction Food Textile Industry. and Tic. Ltd. Sti. (hereinafter referred to as the AGENT) and, on the other hand, the TCKIMLIK NO and/or the persons who will benefit from the tour/service (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) residing at the address, have reached a full agreement on the following issues. In matters not written in this contract, the Law No. 1618 and the related Regulations, Regulations and Circulars, Communiqués and Schedules, S.K. 2634, IATA, IHA, UFTAA Convention Provisions and international private and official contracts will be applied.

A - At the time of registration, at least 35% of the total tour service fee and the balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the start of the tour. If the specified payments are not made within the aforementioned periods, the reservation is canceled and 35% of the total service cost is invoiced to the consumer as compensation for withdrawal. It is not possible to cancel, refund or use the deposit and prepayment paid to the agency without justification in another organization.

B – The consumer who purchases the Promotion, Discount, Early Booking Discount, Special Product, Package Including Flight Ticket service is obliged to pay the entire service fee on the reservation date. For special products and services, the balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the service. Withdrawal compensation is the same as article 1/A.


A - Although the agency has shown all due diligence, it is an obstacle to the start or continuation of the trip; The trip may be canceled or postponed due to the fact that the final records do not reach the required number of passengers and/or adverse weather conditions, road obstructions, strikes, terrorism, fog, the possibility of war, unpredictable technical issues and all these and similar force majeure reasons. In this case, the consumer is not entitled to any compensation.

B - When the consumer requests cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the service, the full price paid is returned to him. If the consumer cancels the contract 30-15 days before the start of the service, he agrees and undertakes to pay 50% of the trip cost, and if less than 15 days before, the entire amount is paid to the Agency. Date changes made by the consumer have the effect of cancellation. Regarding the amount paid by the customer, there is no right to change tours and date changes during the aforementioned periods.

C- Consumers who purchase Promotions, Discounts, Early Booking Discounts, Special Products, Packages Including Flight Tickets do not have the right to cancel or change the tour programs.

1: All changes such as tour change, holiday change, date change made with the approval of the agency are possible for once, provided that the change fee of 10% of the contract price is paid. The relevant price will be invoiced to the consumer as the change fee.

D- For special products (promotional product, packages including flight tickets, packages where our agency is the intermediary seller, early reservation discounted products), cancellations made up to 60 days before the start of the service, the consumer will be refunded the full price paid up to that point. If the consumer cancels the contract 59-31 days before the start of the trip, 25% of the trip cost, 50% of the trip cost if he cancels the contract 30-15 days before, 75% of the trip cost if he cancels the contract 14-07 days before. It accepts and undertakes to pay the full amount to the Agency less than 7 days before. The cancellation-change rules of the provider are valid for the services in which the agency acts as an intermediary.

E- Until 7 days after the reservation date, the tour service received can be canceled or transferred to any person or persons, provided that it is suitable for the same reservation type, by checking the cancellationability of the relevant services from the agency. The changes and cancellations in question will be made with a 10% deduction from the contract price. However, early reservation discounted products cannot be transferred to other people. The transferee is responsible for the balance and all costs arising from the transfer. The consumer is obliged to notify all cancellation/transfer requests in writing in accordance with the above-mentioned period. If the service received is a product within the campaign and/or there is 7 days or less between the reservation and the beginning of the service, this article is not valid.

F- In case the consumer does not notify in writing that he will participate in the service that he missed the beginning of; The Agency has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the Consumer, 24 hours after the start of the service. In such cancellations, no refund will be made to the Consumer or any refund for the services that have not been used.

In cases where it deems necessary, the Agency may partially or completely cancel the tours that it has announced or registered, provided that it notifies the Consumer, before the start of the service. The notice period for the cancellation varies according to the tour. At the same time or during the service, the agency may change the names of the hotels within the scope of the service, transportation vehicles and their places of departure, and the order of visits of the places specified in the program and shown as places to visit. If the consumer does not accept these changes and cancellations for justified reasons, he has the right to cancel his reservation and get a refund of the unconsumed service fees.


A- All kinds of responsibility regarding the baggage and its contents belong to the owner. The consumer is obliged to comply with the legislation and conventions governing the vehicle to be traveled, the flight to be used and the facility to be accommodated. Extra baggage payments and extra payments for ticket upgrades belong entirely to the consumer.

B- In cases of baggage loss or damage caused by the provider's fault; In the event that the consumer has the supplier arrange the loss or damage MINUTE, ½ of the total service cost, which corresponds to transportation, is paid to the consumer by the Agency as material and moral compensation for the lost goods and suitcase, regardless of the material and moral value of the goods in the baggage, as well as other qualifications and features. The agency is responsible for all kinds of loss, damage and theft of the goods received by declaring them in writing with their values, at most, as much as the transportation cost of the tour.

C- VISA PROCEDURES and SERVICES are not included in the purchased service. The customer, who declares that he has a visa to the countries of the tour they will participate in or declares that he will personally follow the visa procedures, cannot terminate the contract by claiming that the visa procedures have been completed, the responsibility belongs to the customer.

D- The Agency is not responsible for force majeure after the start of the contracted service, situations arising from the Consumer and personal responsibilities of third parties. In cases within its responsibility, the Consumer may compensate the changes against the Consumer in the form of a price or service refund pursuant to the provisions of the TÜRSAB Kütahya Chart, as well as with additional and/or alternative arrangements that are not included in the price and given to the Consumer during the service. The fact that additional or substitute services have been purchased, used or consumed by the Consumer, eliminates the Consumer's right to refund and compensation.

D-1. In case of global problems, political and political problems that prevent travel, health epidemics, devastating earthquakes, military problems, war, flood disasters, closure of borders, partial or total cessation of services in situations that hinder travel, the agency's refund of the fees collected will result in the return of the agenda to normal and the lifting of bans. then not possible before 70 working days. The amount paid may be converted into a travel voucher as paid, or the said period must be waited for, in order to fully reserve the said rights. Since the agency is in the position of the agent, it will not make refunds / cancellations outside the mentioned periods. The consumer has no right to compensation in this regard.

E- Consumer; The guide accepts that the facility, agency, transportation vehicle authorities and the insurance company will abide by the rules declared regarding the purchased service, will respect the safety of life, property and peace of third parties, otherwise he will not be able to receive the service for just cause and there is no right to return the service.

F- In the event that the consumer terminates the service received on the grounds that the service performed is defective, he must notify the Agency representative and the hotel where he is staying, in writing, of the reasons for the termination. Otherwise, it is deemed to have received and used the service.

G- It is the duty of the good-faith consumer to cooperate and act attentively, to inform the Agency in writing of the issues that the consumer complains about during the performance of the service.

H- Consumer(s) who do not sign the contract, but participate in the service subject to the contract, are deemed to have accepted and committed to the terms of the contract when the consumers they have assigned to register on their behalf read and sign this contract. The right of recourse to other consumers for the collection of the excess amount or service fee paid by the Agency to the consumer(s) who signed the contract is reserved.

In foreign country entrances, the authority to enter the country belongs to the passport police of that country and may not give permission to enter the country without showing any valid reason. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation. In such border problems, the agency does not give the right to postpone, cancel or return the services mentioned in the contract.

If a package tour service is purchased, incomplete or non-performance of the package tour is insured in accordance with the law. Coverage is limited to the package tour price.

K- If the consumer wishes, before the package tour service starts, he/she can insure the costs of returning to the exit point in case of accident and illness, and the costs of treatment and damage arising from all kinds of accidents.

L- In the event that the agency does not comply with the Agreement partially or completely, the articles of TÜRSAB KÜTAHYA SCHEDULE are applied in the calculation of the compensation to be paid.

M- The agency is not obliged to explain the prices and purchasing methods of the items connected to the package tour service to the consumer. These services are subject to confidentiality as they are subject to group-specific agreements.

N- If the customer who receives package tour service wants to follow the visa service himself, he cannot request documents related to the tour he has purchased from the agency. If the documents are not provided, the package tour cancellation options are subject to the contract clauses.

This Service Agreement regarding online services offered through domains such as http://www.gezenthi.com is a whole. Guests who purchase tours through the website are deemed to have accepted all the clauses.

P- The guest list, whose name and TR identity numbers are included in the contract, is subject to all articles of the contract. All guests mentioned in the contract are obliged to examine the contract articles.
